Here at P.S Yoga we aid in the rehabilitation of the mind and body through various holistic therapies. Our mission is to build community through mindful movement: yoga, massage, energy healing and much much more.
With over 25 instructors that teach over 70 ongoing classes a week, you will strengthen the physical and clarify the mental. We host expert teachers from diverse and relevant backgrounds for monthly workshops and strive to make these attentional practices accessible for all levels and all stages of life.
